We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you purchase a premium plan and decide it is not for you, email us within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, no questions asked.

After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued. rupiya.io provides substantial functionality free of charge, including detailed stock pages, financial data, key ratios, peer comparisons, and sector analysis. Before subscribing, you have full visibility into:

  • What features are included in each subscription tier
  • What the free tier already offers
  • The exact pricing and billing cycle

We encourage you to explore the free features before deciding to upgrade.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Refunds are only available within 24 hours of the original purchase
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period
  • Your account will revert to the free tier once the paid period expires

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes. We do not store your full payment credentials on our servers.

Exceptions

In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a technical error resulting in an incorrect charge, we will investigate and issue a refund for the erroneous amount. To report such issues, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at [email protected] with your transaction details.

Chargebacks

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
